Two Council Meetings next week

The 2017 Annual Council Meeting  will be held on Thursday May 11th, in the Primary School Hall, Wharf Lane, Kirkby on Bain, starting at 7.00 pm. The next scheduled Parish Council meeting will start following the Annual Meeting. Both meetings will offer an opportunity for members of the public to bring items to the Council’s attention. Members of the public may remain after the public forum but they are reminded that they may not speak during council business.

Please Note: The Annual Village Meeting is on May 18.

A scheduled meeting of the Council was held on Thursday March 2, in the Primary School Hall, Wharf Lane, Kirkby on Bain, starting at 7.00 pm.

Three members of the public attended, one of whom brought to the attention of councillors her serious concerns over litter in the village. The chairman thanked her for raising this issue. Items on the agenda included:
