The Parish Council has been notified that the planning application S/094/1050/19 (PL/0064/19) seeking permission from Lincolnshire County Council to retain the leachate holding tank at Kirkby on Bain Landfill Site in Tattershall Road has been granted, with the condition that it shall be removed and the land restored in accordance with the approved scheme for the wider landfill site once the site ceases to produce leachate. Acting Chairman Councillor Penny Stones welcomed Councillors and five members of the public who came along to this meeting, held in the School Hall last Thursday evening.
