News for CallConnect online account holders:
Dear CallConnect Customer,
We are pleased to announce that we have refreshed our online booking portal and with a change of look we also have a change of web address. With immediate effect please use the web address below to book your CallConnect journeys:
The existing OpenDRT Booking portal will remain live for the next few days however you`ll no longer be able to use this after the end of this week.
We have automatically transferred your account to the new CallConnect booking portal and your login and password remains the same. The CallConnect portal works in exactly the same way as the OpenDRT portal and you can still book, view, cancel and track your bus as you do now. However please note that bookings made from today in the OpenDRT booking portal will show as phone bookings in the CallConnect portal and therefore will not be able to be cancelled online.
