Heritage Lincolnshire are offering a free short course in Louth to help you learn how you can find out more about the history and archaeology that survives on your doorstep.
Ian Marshman will tell all from 1:00 to 5:00 pm on Monday 23 May at the The Conoco Rooms above Louth Library, Northgate, Louth, LN11 0LY.
This short course is designed for anyone with an interest in history, archaeology or the towns and villages of Lincolnshire. You can learn about the many free and easy-to-use resources that can help you discover old photos, track down local archaeological sites, and find out more about local listed historic buildings.
This will be an interactive course and there will be time and support available to try out all of the resources on hand. If you have a laptop or tablet computer then please bring this along as wi-fi will be provided for the benefit of learners during the course. But don’t worry if you’re not very confident with technology as help will be on hand throughout, and there will be computers available for those who don’t have their own.
